Designer Sebastian Marbacher consistently succeeds in seamlessly combining form and function. What we particularly appreciate about these mills is their unique design and the use of a durable, high-quality grinding mechanism from Strässler.
The wooden bodies are crafted by woodturners Amacher & Zemp in Brienzwiler. The precision grinding mechanism is manufactured in Rafz. Thus, the production route is no more than 100km from Zurich.
The mills have a large capacity and are easy to fill thanks to a screw thread.
