Kurt Thut Sideboard S943 Maple | Special Edition White

Kurt Thut / 1931

The minimalist and functional sideboard model S943 was designed by Kurt Thut in 1953. Its construction and design were based on modern architectural principles, as seen in the architecture of Ludwig Mies van der Rohe. This sideboard, which helped Thut furniture achieve its breakthrough, symbolizes the transition from traditional joinery to modern, functional design objects.

The sideboard features two equally sized compartments, each equipped with a shelf. These shelves can be individually positioned at the desired height on either side. This timeless piece of furniture, offering ample storage space, is a classic of mid-century design from the last century.
