Farstrup Furniture
Farstrup Furniture was founded in 1910 and started as a sawmill. The beautiful location near Langesø Forest near Odense was ideal, as the large logs were transported by horse-drawn cart. The production of chairs began in 1918 and became the basis for the growth that has characterized Farstrup Furniture to this day. In the 1950s and 1960s, chair production really took off, and the company has since produced millions of chairs of the highest quality.

Farstrup Furniture places great value on healthy sustainability and has love and great respect for the raw material wood. Farstrup Furniture is Danish craftsmanship, and the wood passes through countless skilled hands in the factory - carpenters, upholsterers, seamstresses, etc. - before the customer sits down in either their very own chair or in a chair with personality. The craftsmanship of the furniture is crucial at Farstrup Furniture and is still 100% "Made in Denmark". Our furniture has in common the fine wood, which is often more than 100 years old, the quality of the workmanship and, of course, only the best leather and fabric qualities.
