1. General, Scope of Application

Orders for products on the memorie online shop are subject to the following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Timetunnel GmbH. By placing an order (in the online shop, by email, by telephone, etc.), the buyer acknowledges all points of the following GTC of Timetunnel GmbH. Counter-conditions in which the buyer refers to their own (business) terms and conditions are not accepted. 2. Conclusion of Contract 2.1. The offers of memorie in the online shop are non-binding. A customer`s order via the online shop constitutes a binding acceptance of the offer to memorie. 2.2. Confirmation of receipt of the order by email constitutes acceptance. 3. Prices, Payment, Due Date 3.1. The price at the time of the order is decisive for invoicing. The prices quoted include VAT. 3.2. Payment is made by credit card (Mastercard & Visa), Postcard, or invoice. For payments by invoice, a payment term of 10 days from receipt of the invoice applies. Once payment has been received by memorie, the order will be processed. 3.3. Vouchers or discounts cannot be combined. 4. Delivery, Shipping Costs 4.1. Delivery is made by sending the purchased item to the address provided by the buyer. 4.2. The stated delivery times are without guarantee. 4.3. memorie endeavors to ship the ordered items as quickly as possible. Delivery of the goods is at the customer`s expense and risk, even in the case of partial deliveries. No claims for damages can be made in the event of delivery delays. 4.4. The shipping and packaging fee within Switzerland is included in the price. In exceptional cases, memorie reserves the right to offer only self-collection. Collection address: Warehouse H100, Hohlstrasse 122, 8004 Zurich. 4.5. memorie delivers outside of Switzerland and Liechtenstein only in exceptional cases. Please contact us in advance by email for deliveries outside of Switzerland and Liechtenstein. 5. Retention of Title 5.1. The goods remain the property of memorie until full payment has been received. 5.2. If the customer is in default of any payment obligations to us, all outstanding claims become due immediately.

6. Warranty

Claims for damages are excluded against both memorie and its employees, unless caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct.

7. Cancellation / Returns

7.1. Right of Cancellation

There is no right of withdrawal or cancellation for custom-made or one-of-a-kind items. Otherwise, a right of cancellation applies within 14 days of receiving the goods. A handling fee of 30% of the invoice amount, excluding return shipping costs, will be charged. If Swiss law provides otherwise in a specific case, Swiss law shall apply.

7.2. Defective Goods

The customer is obligated to inspect the delivery immediately upon receipt and notify memorie within 3 days if the goods were delivered incomplete or defective.

7.3. An order in progress cannot be canceled.

7.4. Returns

Returns are possible in the case of material or manufacturing defects. Subject to the aforementioned right of withdrawal, a return is also possible. For returns, the goods must be sent back in their original packaging. In addition to shipping, goods can also be returned by the customer to the address below:

8. Data Protection

The processing of personal data (names, postal addresses, telephone numbers, etc.) provided by the customer in connection with the use of memorie`s online services is subject to data protection legislation. Your data will not be shared with third parties.
