In 1954, designer Willy Guhl created a design icon with a fiber cement panel connected to form an endless loop. The sculptural armchair, also known as the Loop Chair, impresses with its simplicity and timeless elegance.
The “Loop” Guhl chair received the “Good Form” award from the Swiss Werkbund in 1955 and is still considered Eternit’s best-known design object made of fiber cement.
