Tomato armchair by Eero Aarnio | Exhibition model in red

Eero Aarnio has always been attracted to the circular shape and is known for his designs `without edges`. The Tomato armchair is one of the best examples of this. The armchair combines three circles to form a seat with armrests, one of which extends to form a comfortable backrest. The Tomato armchair was designed in 1971.

Tomato is made of fiberglass and is therefore suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
