The legendary aluminum shelf by Andreas Christen was first produced by Lehni for the 1964 Expo and launched in 1970. Today, it is considered one of the most important classics of Swiss furniture design.

The shelf, which is extremely lightweight compared to its high load capacity, owes its stability to the precisely beveled aluminum sheets and the X-brace at the rear. Thanks to its low weight, the shelf can be moved effortlessly and disassembled without the need for special tools.
