Ceiling spotlight ES 57
Egon Eiermann
Ceiling spotlight ES 57 Egon Eiermann, 1958
Designed specifically for the German Pavilion at the World Exhibition in Brussels in 1958, created by Egon Eiermann and Sep Ruf, and actually produced in small series, the ES 57 lamp enjoyed great popularity in the years that followed. TECNOLUMEN based the color scheme on the classic colors of USM furniture.
Egon Eiermann, one of the greatest architects of the post-war period, knew how to create a homage to the Bauhaus style with the ES 57 LED ceiling floodlight, which combines great functionality with an aesthetically restrained form. The delicate shaft and the ends that are in dialogue with each other merge into a wonderful unit in the ES 57 LED floor lamp with floodlight function. The upward-facing light head shines the light onto the ceiling, from where it is gently but powerfully reflected into the room.
