Drop Leaf HM5 Lounge Table by Peter Hvidt and Orla Mølgaard-Nielsen

With the aim of creating a versatile piece of furniture that adapts to its surroundings, the design duo Hvidt & Mølgaard designed the &Tradition Drop Leaf HM5 folding coffee table in 1956. As part of the Drop Leaf collection, the coffee table features the same curved wooden frames as Hvidt & Mølgaard's large dining table (which can also be ordered on request) and an easily foldable design. This means that the &Tradition side table can be quickly and easily folded up compactly or moved to another room when needed.

The table frame and table top are made of solid wood in oak or walnut, hinges and fittings are made of brass.
