Moser side table by Embru
Werner Max Moser / 1896
Werner Max Moser designed a whole series of furniture for Embru. Despite their proximity to the well-known Bauhaus models, his designs were always influenced by the Swiss idea of practical furniture. Either adjustable, specially stackable or multi-use.
This is also the case with the small side table model 120, which was created in 1931. The Embru side table is available in various surface variants. By placing two tables next to each other, the cantilevered single piece becomes a self-contained storage unit - this multiple use is also typical of the Swiss design language of the time.
