Artek Atelier Chair

The Atelier Chair by Artek is a versatile and timeless chair designed by TAF Architects in 2018. It was designed for the restaurant of the National Museum in Stockholm, which is reminiscent of an artist`s studio, hence the chair`s name.

Commissioned by the museum as part of an initiative to promote modern Nordic design, the Atelier Chair is compact, lightweight, and stackable. Available in a variety of wood types and colors, the versatile Artek chair is equally at home at a desk or dining table, in a meeting room, or in a restaurant.

Even in larger spaces, such as an auditorium, the stackable chair impresses with its light and compact dimensions. A nice detail is the connecting rods that enclose the front legs.
