Baby-Lonia by Studio 65 for Gufram
Studio 65
The gigantic Baby-Lonia play furniture was designed by the Studio 65 group in the early 1970s as part of an educational concept. In the 1980s, Gufram decided to create Baby-lonia as a limited-edition furnishing object. The design piece is now part of the collection of the Centre Georges Pompidou in Paris. The edition is limited to 200 copies.
Baby-Lonia is made of polyurethane foam blocks coated with Guflac, a special paint patented by Gufram that makes polyurethane look like leather while increasing its resistance and maintaining its softness. The various elements of Baby-Lonia can be used individually in your own home as seating, storage space or table elements.
